Ralph Boral

PRESIDENT

Ralph Boral is an award-winning producer of animated programming including the Hermie series starring Tim Conway and Don Knotts. Boral has also had a distinguished career in news working for NBC News and Fox News for over twenty years in senior financial, operational, and producer roles. His work also included film production (The Ultimate Gift, Running the Sahara,  Bobby Jones: Stroke of Genius), music video production, and writing several books. Boral has also been Chief Financial Officer of several media companies including a film studio and animation company. 

Charles Wright

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Charles Wright is a multi-media advisor and consultant for financial structuring and investment, production, marketing, and development of project creation from inception to worldwide distribution of media content. He has a broad background, from the purchase of his first 16mm camera at the age of 15, to working as a producer, to acting as the COO of a global telecommunications provider.
Throughout his long career, Mr. Wright has been driving media activities from China to the United Arab Emirates and in emerging markets across the globe in advertising, digital, film, print, satellite, and television.

Hattie Yu

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Hattie Yu (A.K.A Haixia) is an independent producer and talent manager based in Beijing and Los Angeles. She has developed an in-depth knowledge of both the Western and Chinese film industries. Her diverse cross border accomplishments include: discovering the rising action star Yue Song and producing the Kung Fu film “The Bodyguard” and US-China coproduction “Reborn” with Andre Morgan, producing the documentary film “Dragon Girls” with Yves Montmayeur that featured Asia’s biggest female stars (Zhang Ziyi, Zhao Wei etc.), producing talent show ROCK THE WEB with CETV and Youku, facilitating The Weinstein Company in acquiring rights to Chinese animated features, advising the immersive technology company AURO 3D on its entrant into the China and US markets. 

Naima Hazelton

PRODUCER/DIRECTOR OF CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Naima began working professionally as a dancer, choreagrapher, model, and public speaker in her teens. Over her career, she has worked for Warner Brothers, CNN, William Morris Endeavor, Fallon Worldwide Advertising, and Carsey-Warner Productions. Her endorsement clients have included Chevrolet, Seventeen Magazine, Dannon yogurt, Lee Jeans, Coca-Cola, and Wendy's in national commercials, print and voice-over advertising and public speaking appearances. She is a graduate of the Ethical Culture School in New York and Georgetown University, College of Arts and Sciences.  

Naima enjoys exercising her Producer skills, including casting, locations, development, events, and talent management. Her forte is written and in-person communications and is known as an outstanding research pro and "networking angel".

Emily Thomson

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Emily is a creative wizard who imagines and hand draws masterpieces from the faintest concept to full design. 

Her background in studio art, oils, prints, graphic design, brand development, identity design, social media marketing, and illustration guides her creativity in everything from character design, to graphic novel style comics, to book illustrations, to animation.

Emily has been the creative visual force behind a number of Malba Media projects including Wapitis Clan, Gefilte Fish, and the second Buddy the Jerboa book, Scaredy-Dog.
